Main activities of non-government organization

Despite its official establishment in February 2010, an organization LBCA has been operating from October of year 2009. Existing opportunities to form different relationships between clients of the banks and credit companies were the main reasons for an establishing of such type of organization. The main future aim of the Association is to seek a transparent behavior and credit conditions for the both parties, also establishing the legally equal partnership relations.

The main objectives:
- to establish socially fair liability conditions on a democratic basis for bank clients and credit companies;
- to unify and represent interests and other issues of bank clients;
- a public dissemination of information on credit companies;
- to organize events, also to present offers and recommendations in order of promotion the best international cooperation standards between bank clients and credit companies 
  Areas of actions/projects of the Organization:

  • representation in providing financial services for customers and legal persons;
  • surveys of customers‘ opinion in the area of financial services and insurance;
  • providing information and consultations for customers and legal persons the area of financial services and insurance;
  • protection of rights of customers and legal persons in the area of financial services and insurance;
  • educating of insurers and providers of financial services for customers and legal persons;
  • improvement of business environment in the area of financial services and insurance;
  • share of good practices  in the area of financial services and insurance.
